Congratulations on 25 years employment!
Twenty-five years ago, this young and energetic dental assistant entered my office and applied for a job.
Since hiring her I have realized it was a very good business decision because she is very intelligent, gregarious, loyal, and is a stickler for detail in all the tasks she takes on. She has become my right hand in keeping this office on task in management, and dentistry, with the patients always first!
Over the years and the changing faces, my patients always are comforted when the arrive to see Cheryl greet them and make them feel confident that the dentistry will be delivered with compassion, detail, and in a painless, clean and organized environment.
She has grown so much in knowledge of dental medicine, Aligner orthodontics, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and implant restoration never afraid to take on new procedures and office management changes
Cheryl is my right hand, she keeps me on task, on time, with patient care and they are always her top priority. She is sorely missed when she is out on personal time.
She has influenced may younger assistants and even young dentists who come and observe our office management and dental procedures.
She will always be the best Expanded dental assistant I have ever known, and its been my pleasure to work with her.
